Feedback is gold. Getting any sort of response from the unwashed masses is valuable. As such, make it easier to provide feedback. Full stop. Where can I provide feedback on how easy or difficult it is to place and manage an ad? I understand feedback is generally a whinge, but, there's gold in them thar whinges.

Just relisting a dead ad could be a lot easier (in fact just make it possible).

Ebay will kill you if you don't make it easier.

We’d love to hear your feedback and ideas. We appreciate all our buyer’s and seller’s assistance with making Trading Post a better place to shop and sell.

The best way to offer your ideas is to post them here on the Community discussion forums. Posting your suggestions here encourages other buyer’s and seller’s to offer their suggestions and hints on how to make the most out of shopping and selling online.

You can also contact our Online Customer Service team by emailing ideas@tradingpost.com.au.

And for assistance on how to place an ad or how to manage your ads try our online Help section.

Hello, I'm new here but to answer your question about forums, I find it is a good way to find out how happy or not people are, who are using Trading Post. It has honest comments from sellers and buyers, so you can 'feel ' the mood of the site. I don't use forums a lot (I'm an escapee from Ebay,) but if you want to know something the forum will get you some honest answers.

It is an excellent way to test the mood of things going down that will effect others using Trading Post. Forums are your customers telling you how things are going. A very necessary resource. I don't think it matters what it looks like as long as people can have their say.

On Ebay people have been blocked from using forums because Ebay didn't like what they had to say about them. This is bad, as the truth must come out and people be allowed to judge for themselves what is truth and what is emotional ramble.
