| It took me a lot of time to detail my item for sale and when I submitted it, the details are no there! The buyer will not see any details to encourage the buy. I edited the ad and copied and pasted the details again but still no details are shown. What has happened.

Hi,
I had the same problem a week ago. I sent them an email and I have cut and pasted the response. The reason is pretty simple if it is the same as mine:
Dear Caren,
Thank you for your email.
Looking at your ad, I feel that you may have copied the description
straight from a Microsoft Word document. When this is done, occasionally
some text can be deleted due to the differences in formatting on this
program and our site.
We recommend that all information is copied from programs such as
Notepad and then formatted through our site.
