hi..
i'm new here and i've been wondering whether it is true that credit card details are obligated before publishing an ad? because i'm willing to sell a 8707g blackberry smartphone and already created an ad earlier but apparently it couldn't be posted unless the credit card details are completed.
And since i dont have any, is there any way regardless credit card as a method payment to enable my ad?
