All I've had to say is above>>>> I am having trouble renewing an ad, even tho it doesn't expire until tomorrow! Cannot find any tabs to renew ad with a link to them-what is going on? Guess you lost my business-but you got my money didn't you-even though I have NOT sold this item- I should GET MY MONEY BACK THANKS!!!

| I went through renewing an ad before it expired and found it did not renew or continue. I am trying to get it re activated by trading post and the only answer I get is to put in a new ad. I am still working on this with trading post. I think trading post is having teething problems and am wanting to be patient with them because I have had worse experiences with Ebay. However there is more to customer service than being polite and cheerful when you finally talk to someone. A positive result or effective information would be appreciated.
