| I've got a 1 bedroom neat & tidy unit in Thornleigh, town-house style, 1st floor with balcony, few stairs, good sized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and loungeroom, internal laundry, well-maintained grounds, mostly middle aged and elderly residents, very quiet, serene and leafy, doctor's surgery on opposite side, bus at door, 5 minutes walk to train station and shopping center, would like to swap for a 2 bedroom unit, townhouse, villa, house, desirable areas are upper & lower north shore, hills, carlingford, eastwood, north ryde, but other areas will certainly be considered. Subject to government approval.
