I am new to buying online and would like to know the procedure.
I am interested in buying a TV. There are several I am interested in but I don't want to start bidding on something that I haven't seen or tested.
Do buyers usually test the items before bidding?
What if I buy a TV and it's no good, can I return it to the seller and get a refund?
So sellers give any warranty as to the quality of the goods?
