Dare I suggest a major improvement would be the ability to contact a member more than once after they've asked a question.

Being new to this site, I was just replying to a question and hit enter after the Hi XXXX, to begin a new paragraph and off it went to the potential buyer.

I'm left looking like a real ***** and possibly lost a sale.
