So what's the secret to finding a house to rent!?!?
I find a place I like, ring up the estate agent and.........it's always gone! I know the market is tight and competition rentals is strong but surely there is a way of getting the upper hand?
I use the websites, The Age etc, but no luck.
Help!

somers holiday village, Morninton Penninsula.
look under real estate for sale (somers).
It was used as our cabin weekender but we are not able to continue using that way.
