At the moment.....

1. Still can't leave feedback. (error)

2. Multiple buy it nows don't work .... listing ends as soon as first purchase made.

3. Items still showing as active even when finished... and unable to remove them from active list.

4. Import not working at all now ..... multiple errors (previosly just not importing pictures or store listings)

5. And categories need a LOT of work.

Please address these problems ASAP as I, and MANY other sellers, would love to list on this site.

Over recent weeks,your site has become unmanageably cumbersome and SLOW. When will this improve??

Hi Simon

The team is working hard on solving current issues with TraderPro and the performance is improving daily.

If you experience any system issues in the future can you please notify Customer Support via email so they can respond to these issues as they arise.

A quick update on TraderPro. A number of issues have been resolved with:

  • CSV importing
  • the listing preview
  • sample templates
  • editing active listings
  • links to external images
  • maunal synchronisation

Performance speed has increased due to several code changes.
We’re looking into other issues and hope to have the resolved as quickly as possible.

You may email category suggestions to us. This is available from the Step1. of the Place Ad/Create Item form. Trading Post will review all suggestions and update the categories where possible.
