TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion commences Monday 2 June 2008 from 9.00am (AEST) and concludes on 7 June 2008, 24 hours after the last auction opens (“Promotion Period”).  Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.  Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents.

3. The Promoter is Sensis Pty Ltd (ABN 30 007 423 912) of 222 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne Victoria, 3000.  Phone (03) 8653 5000.

4. During the promotion period eligible entrants will have the opportunity to bid for the auction items set out in Clause 8 of these terms & conditions. The auctions will be conducted on www.tradingpost.com.au. Eligible entrants can access the auctions by visiting tradingpost.com.au/flyer08, tradingpost.com.au/wrap08, receiving the May/June Trading Post® General Merchandise electronic newsletter or locating the auctions organically on tradingpost.com.au.

5. There is no limit to the number of bids an eligible entrant can make on an auction.

6. Incomplete or incomprehensible bids, or bids which contain inappropriate or offensive material are ineligible to be successful in the auction.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incorrect or misdirected bids, bids not received for any reason during the Promotion Period or for any technical difficulties with the entry process on the Trading Post® site.

7. The minimal incremental bid increase is $0.50cents.

8. The promotion includes a total of 5 individual auctions with each auction running for 24 hours. The auctions are to take place as set in the table below:

9. The eligible entrant who submits the highest bid in an auction will be deemed to be the winner of that auction. The auction winners will be notified via email, telephone and mail within 7 days of their successful bid.  By placing a bid in for an item in an auction an eligible entrant agrees to purchase that item should their bid be successful. 

10. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering the promotion each eligible entrant agrees to the Trading Post® site terms of use available at tradingpost.com.au

11. If any auction winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. 

12. All monies raised from the auctions will be donated to the RSPCA.

13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any requirements of law.  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Prizes will be distributed and the winners will be notified in writing and by phone.  
     
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from this Promotion or in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit or for any delay in delivery of prizes.

16. All bids become the property of the Promoter.  By entering this promotion, you understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by you (including for marketing and publicity purposes) as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at sensis.com.au/collectionstatement.
