I’m currently renting and have requested the landlord install a split system air conditioner because the house gets ridiculously hot in summer and has no cooling what so ever, as yet they have not agreed to install any cooling.
What other options do I have? Are portable air conditioners any good, I’ve heard there pretty ineffective.
