You are not alone there. I watched about the first half hour. I saw it after someone gave a rave review of it. I think everyone has individual tastes.

Yep, same here -- I was very disappointed.

I much prefered the Charlton Heston - Omega Man version of the story.

I agree, Charlton Heston is the one to go with - but also check out the 1964 version with Vincent Price!
