My yard is looking in poor shape with all the wilting plants. Now with the water restrictions it is getting worse.
Does anyone have any suggestions of plants in which do not require constant watering? I do not want a barren yard.

The most waterwise and environmentally friendly are indigenous plants, but there are also many other colourful plants from other parts of Australia and overseas that survive and thrive on small amounts of water. Waterwise plants come in an amazing array of colours, shapes and sizes.

this is a link to a website which can provide a great list of trees, shrubs, roses, perennials, bulbs, grasses, climbers.. etc. for gardens of drier climates.
