However I wish there was e-bay then because the market sets the price of your goods. I think the extra work involved is worth while. I didn't want anyone going through my mum's house and her things so I didn't do the garage sale thing and sent everything to an auction place - big mistake for me anyway - ripped off badly. It might be worthwhile storing the goods for a little while and sell everything off a bit at a time when you are free. There are also traders that will sell on e-bay for you and take a percentage. Food for thought. Best wishes

RE: Deceased estates

Options you may not have tried:

1. Call a couple of 2nd hand Auction places to see if they will come out a take a look and offer you a price for the whole lot and take it away then and there;

2. Lastly if you are felling charitable ring up a local one and they may come around to take it all off your hands

RE: Deceased estates

Weekend Open House with price tags on all items.
