TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promoter is Sensis Pty Ltd (ABN 30 007 423 912) of 222 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne Victoria, 3000. Phone (03) 8653 5000.
Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promotion commences Monday 26 May 2008 at 09:00 (AEDST) and concludes 23:59 (AEDST) on Monday 30 June 2008. (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to Sensis Classifieds, Sensis & Telstra employees, family & friends who:

a) Place an item for auction (to sell) on tradingpost.com.au during the Promotional Period using a list for free auction advertisement; and

b) Include the following Promotional Code in the Promotional Code Field when listing their item for auction on the site:

Charges apply for Priority Positioning or Hot Deals ad features.
Eligible advertisers will NOT pay success fees when auctioning an item on tradingpost.com.au in accordance with Clause 4 above.

For the purposes of this promotion, a ‘list for free’ advertisement includes standard free auction listing plus free ad features Short Description, Bold Title and Yellow Highlight.
All postage and transporting costs associated with auctioned items are the responsibility of the buyer/seller as agreed by the parties and not Sensis.
Eligible advertisers can place an unlimited no. of items for auction during the Promotional Period.
To the extent permitted at law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for items not successfully listed for auction for any reason (including not completing the promo code field) during the Promotion Period or for any periods of unavailability or technical difficulties with the entry mechanism.
If for any reason this offer/promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer, subject to any requirements of law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from this offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
By entering this promotion, you understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by you (including for marketing and publicity purposes) as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at sensis.com.au/collectionstatement.
