I'm a pc user so I can't help you with your mac but there will be a program loaded. To upload an image to Trading Post the image must be a jpeg and less than 1 mb in size.</P><P>It isn't possible to download your image and resize it from the address you have provided, so it's probably best if you attempt to resize it on your mac.
