Listing Templates

Hi all...just wondering if listings Templates are allowed to be used in our ads.

I've done a few ads with them, but thought I better ask first, before I do anymore.

I'm a creative person and like it to look interesting when people browse my items.

HELP..I'm being charged for editing my ad

I have just started using trading post and have had to edit my 3 ads to add photos and change a few details. Every time I have done this I have been charged extra fees on my credit card. After speaking to customer support ( who are always very polite and helpful) I have been told that it is a problem with the system that they are trying to fix and I am just unlucky that it has happened to me. I will eventually get my refunds but it is annoying that I have to contact them at all to point out the fault. It shouldn't be happening..
Is anyone else having this problem at the moment

How to Finalise Selling Transaction

Hi folks, can anyone help me - I'm new to TP and I've recently sold a few items in here - it says in My TP that checkout is waiting - but the people who bought from me haven't done anything or been in contact with me. Is there a way to contact the buyer and ask them what is happening?

Hi, im brand new, choose TP cause the fees with eBay and Paypal were ridiculous, however i see there appears to be no bids on items, i recall seeing two items that actually had 1 bid on them.

Why is it so hard to renew an ad-or even make a comment on here via contact T/Post?

All I've had to say is above>>>> I am having trouble renewing an ad, even tho it doesn't expire until tomorrow! Cannot find any tabs to renew ad with a link to them-what is going on? Guess you lost my business-but you got my money didn't you-even though I have NOT sold this item- I should GET MY MONEY BACK THANKS!!!

Could some one tell me if it is legal to sell replica watches on Trading Post. I am asking because on ebay it is restricted and i am not sure if it is the same with Trading Post.

non-contactable buyers?

I have 5 items which have "sold" in an auction, yet have been unable to contact any buyers for the sale to be completed.

This is really frustrating, asd I have items ready to ship, yet am never able to get paid.

Is there any legal contract issues here? eBay buyers are warned that by making a bid, and winning an item is entering into a legally binding contract, and I have never not been paid for an item there. What are the rules for bidding here?
