Hello,

Just wondering why photobucket images are blocked when adding html to listings?

No caps in headline - can't update

I entered an ad a couple of weeks ago with the words AS NEW in the headline - no problem.

Today I wanted to edit my ad - I changed some text in the copy and the price but when I try to get it accepted I keep getting an error message saying I can't have all caps in my headline! So I changed the words "AS NEW" to "As New". But it didn't make any difference. I continue to get this error message and can't update my ad.

This appears to be a technical fault. Please advise asap as I really want to update my ad today.

could not locate my own listing in the search

I had submitted a classified ad for my car and it is listed as an active item in my profile. However when i logged out and try searching as a buyer, my ad was not there. Anyone has a similar problem or has a solution for it?

It took me a lot of time to detail my item for sale and when I submitted it, the details are no there! The buyer will not see any details to encourage the buy. I edited the ad and copied and pasted the details again but still no details are shown. What has happened.

Removing Credit Card Details

How do I remove my credit card details in my profile?
The only option is to add a new card and I don't want to do that

TP rejecting debit cards being used as credit cards?

Have spent the last 2 hours trying to list an item (site kept dropping out and forcing me to log back in) and now i am at the stage where it is asking for credit card details. Only it is not accepting them.

It's a St George Visa debit card, not a true credit card. Not that this should matter as it's all run through Verisign, whom I'm sure are also involved with paypal. Paypal will quite happily accept this debit card as a visa credit.

What's going on? I've looked to see if this site under some sort of maintenance but have found nothing.

Any ideas or advice? I will be calling TP tomorrow morning.

I find this site to be extremely slow and non responsive when refining searches . It is in need of a major overhaul.
