Who's to say that you wont stuff the motor or not bring the boat back. You would have to provide them with your licence so they can keep a copy plus you would have to give a deposit then on top the fee they want to charge for a wk. How much you willing to pay?

Where can I rent a tinnie for a week ?

Bit of a long shot here - I am going to spend a week by the bay (ie, Port Philip) in the first week of January 2007. I wanted to take my 2 little kids fishing for the first time and am looking for a little tinnie I can putt putt around in (up to 10 hp) for the week.
Would prefer to rent/hire one if possible from non commercial operation (ie, "cheaper"). Anyone know anyone who would want to rent their tinnie ??

Dave from Melbourne
