At Trading Post® we aim to create a safe and fun experience for our community of buyers and sellers. We have therefore developed these Guidelines for you to follow when using the following services ("Services") on Trading Post®:

It is important that you read and understand these Guidelines as they address our standards for submission of questions, responses or comments ("Posts") via these Services.

These Guidelines will change over time, so it's important that you check these Guidelines (as well as our "Privacy Policy" ) for updates, new information, or additional information, each time you submit a Post. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop submitting Posts via the Services.

These Guidelines are supplementary to the Terms of Use . Any Posts you submit via the Services must also comply with the Terms of Use . We encourage you to check out the Terms of Use before you submit any Posts. You may be liable under the Terms of Use for any Posts that violate these Guidelines or the Terms of Use.

What to write about

Your comments should be candid, courteous and fair. Your opinions must be based on reasonable grounds and be genuinely and honestly held by you. Please refrain from overly harsh or snide comments or gratuitous criticism of other comments.

When submitting a Post to Trading Ideas, keep these points in mind;

• Trading Ideas is a fun place to discuss and exchange views on a variety of issues; everyone is entitled, within the Guidelines and Terms of Use, to their view.
• Please be patient with other members. There are participants of all levels of experience on Trading Ideas.
• Posts will remain on Trading Ideas indefinitely and are searchable by search engines so please think before you submit a Post.
• Trading Ideas is not the place to discuss individual disputes between buyers and sellers.

Stay safe

• Do not post your private or personal information on Trading Ideas or our other Services.
• Do not agree to meet anyone directly through Trading Ideas or our other Services.

Inappropriate Content

All Posts submitted will be monitored by Trading Post®, and any Posts that violate these Guidelines or the Terms of Use may be removed by Trading Post® at its discretion.

You must ensure that any content you submit via any of the Services does not contain any inappropriate content. Inappropriate content includes:

Inappropriate language, for example, harmful or abusive language, expletives or profanities, obscenities, hate speech, or harassing, threatening, offensive, vulgar or sexually explicit language;
Commercial messages or advertising material;
Defamatory comments;
Information that personally identifies you or any other person, such as actual names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, URLs, photos or other pictorial representations;
Confidential information,
Posting materials other than text e.g. sound or executable files;
Any illegal material;
Posting copyright content without permission of the owner;
Comments that advertise other Web sites, other message boards or other companies;
Comments that in any way refer to person(s) less than 18 years of age; or
Single-word comments.

Please bear in mind that this is a non-exhaustive list and you should exercise careful judgment before submitting any content via any of the Services. We monitor all content submitted via the Services. If you see any inappropriate content, please contact us.

Display of Posts

Posts that comply with these Guidelines and the Terms of Use will appear on the site as soon as they are posted, or as soon as practicable thereafter.
