Have we the public hounded him and put too much pressure on him?
Who is this mystery person the Thorpedo has been linked to and has advised him around resigning?
Do we really care that much about sports people that his resignation announcement made the front page and dominated the news?
C'mon people - what are your thoughts?

| Well I certainly don't care enough about it to warrant front page news! He's been swimming professionally since high school..the poor guy is over it. Let him have a life I say.
