Hi,
Newbiw here to Trading Post.
I have recently sold something on Trading Post but I received no communication from Trading Post - surly Trading Post would send the seller an email that an item has been sold. It was only by chance that I thought I'd check my account that I saw that I had sold one of my items.
I saw also that the buyer had completed the checkout (shown by the square being none-highlighted).
I though to myself 'Great, I'll check how the Buyer has paid or intends to pay, now, as I said at the eginning, I am a newbe, I clicked on the next highlighted square thinking it was going t show me how the buyer paid or is going to paid - uh! uh! all it did was to acknowledge that the seller received payment. This is not the case. I have not received payment (nor do I know how the buyer s going to pay).
So, after my long explanation behind why I am placing this Topic hread; is there a way to restoe the transaction to waiting for payment? Instaed ofit showing hat Payment has been received and waiting for seller to send the item?
