I have sold an item and the buyer hasn't paid so far. ( I don't want to mention any names at this stage)
To make matters worse, I sent the item the day she told me that she has made payment trusting her word. After that no contact has been made from her side. I don't want to call her but I am wondering if there is a process to start a dispute against her, for the sake of principle as it is bothering me that she has been dishonest. I would also like to leave appropriate feedback to her if she doesn't do the right thing and I also want to know if she doesn't pay me,can she still retaliate with a negative?

I am reporting again to say that I am really IMPRESSED with trading post customer service. The day after posting this, I received a call from a nice, helpful lady from trading post (you know who you are and she informed me that she has infact spoken with the buyer. Anyway to cut the story short, everything has been sorted out now. Not only the buyer has paid but apprantly they want to buy more from me. (So glad now that I managed to avoid the name n shame game)
So thanks heaps to tradingpost trust n safety team. Their handling of this issue was way beyond my expectations. (million times better than feebay)
