My auction was completed and the highest bidder chosen as this was my 1st sale i wasnt sure what to do next, with the yellow boxes including buyer checkout etc.. i clicked on confirm payment as everything was highlited. I was then sent emails to say the previous sections had been completed and that the buyer had selected and chosen their payment method. I have not received any payment and cannot contact the buyer through my emails.... What do i do next i have emailed customer support and have recived no reply. any help from anyone would be much appreciated

Hi Hawkthorn08,

You can find the buyers email address through "My Trading Post" in the tabs above. then click on Basic Selling (left nav bar) and Sold.

Click on the item title of the sold item and checkout the bottom of the page.

The details include:

Contact: XXXX XXXXXX

Address: 111 Zzzzz, Aaaaaa NSW 2001

Email: zzz@zzz.com.au

Hope that helps, please let me know if you have any difficulty.

Cheers
Bruce

Thanks bruce i have emailed the buyer numerous times but no reply, there is an address listed but no contact number. I have contacted trading post customer support who have tried to contact them through their phone number but were unable to. It has been a week so have decide to use the second offer selection and see if that will come through. I have also decided to become a verified trader in the hope that this will encourage buyers in the future. I have also given a negative feedback for that buyer to warn other sellers. This is a great australian alternative to ebay however if people bid and then simply refuse to follow through or at least notify sellers, it will simply take too much time to sell an item..

I went through the process of becoming a verified trader and relisted my product it was sold within a couple of days and recieved payment promptly. I guess buyers need to trust who they are purchasing from and verifed trader is the way to go, more people should do this and things will run smoother for everyone

I would become verified, but my registered address is my business address, and my personal identification is my home address. While it feels like I live at work, I don't want to make it official by changing the address on my drivers licence so that i can become verified.
