| Hi, i was bidding on an iphone and i won the phone for a pretty good price. but i was a bit scared bcoz the seller has no feedback at all and he seems new to trading post. i've dreamt an iphone for a long time and i couldn't get any iphone anywhere as cheap as the one that i bid on. i was so happy and i contacted the seller. we texted and on that day i just paid with bank deposit to his account. on the next day (friday) he said he had posted it with express post, which means that the iphone will arrive at my place on monday rite? i waited till monday n thinking about the iphone during the whole weekend bcoz i was excitd. but today (monday) i didn't get any mail and i contacted the seller. i was pretty panicked bcoz this is impossible if u post it expressly, the item will come on the next business day. n for me, the seller seems take it easy for this kind of thing. i'm afraid that he actually is not gonna send me anything and that means ill lose my money. what should i do? i only have the evidence of bank deposit. pls help me.

| Hi blueblue123, I understand your concerns but really you need to allow a couple of days for delivery, even if it was posted express. Australia Post do make mistakes and it is not uncommon for stuff to arrive late. We sent an item to Queensland (from Victoria) a couple of months ago by Express Post and it took four days to arrive. I would ask the seller for the Express Post number (they will have kept the small numbered sticker) and if it doesn't turn up today, I'd go to the post office and ask them to follow up. If your item hasn't arrived by Wednesday this week (three days) then I think you should contact Trust and Safety at Trading Post and ask for help. You can contact Trust and Safety via the Contact Us link at the very bottom of every Trading Post page. Cheers,
