Hi need help!! I recently bought something from a seller. The payment method accepted was bank deposit. The seller provided details including phone number and address. I messaged the seller before and there was a respond but it's been a few days and I wanted to check on when the item will be posted but there is no answer. Now I find another seller selling the same item but has the same account information. Does that sound fishy to you? Should I report this to someone?

Hi wantse094,

It's hard to say if the activity is suspicious or not from your description, maybe the seller has had a couple of days off.

If you feel that the seller/s are acting in a strange or suspect way, you should contact the Trust and Safety team.
