Hi,
Please help. Item photos were uploaded ok. The preview showed the attached images, but when the ad was confirmed and lodged- no photo... What is the prob? Help, I would like to have a photo of my item for buyers to view.

| Yes your right the image isn't showing. Can you tell me the file type of the image (.jpg - .jpeg - .bmp - .gif etc) and also are you trying to load the image off your computer or via a url link. Also, what size is the image? File type for Trading Post must be either .jpg or .jpeg Maximum image size is 1Mb Cheers,

| The images range from 47-52 KB they are Jpeg and being uploaded from PC

| The weird thing is that when I go in to edit the ad, the images are there, saved in my trading post. Thanks again

| hmmm thats very strange, I had this happen to an Ad very early this year, but it hasn't happened since. The way I fixed it then was went into edit mode, clicked remove image and then reloaded the image into the sysytem. This fixed the problem, but I had to wait a while for theTrading Post system to update before I could see it. You might like to try this and let me know. If this doesn't work I'll make a call and get some help. Cheers,

Thanks for your help, did what you suggested and all is O.k. Images are on-line. Why this happened?? I don't know.
