G'day, I recently had to declare a sale as unclaimed. Will I be automatically refunded the sales fee, or must I report it somewhere in order to be reimbursed?
Cheers

Nearly a month and still no reply. Can I take it that the staff and moderator just do not know? Do you think I will just go away and forget my money? There is nothing in the HELP pages, and I'm not going to spend my time waiting on your call center, time is money and there are easier sites to use.

How and when do I get my refund for success fees?

Hi Mr China Plate,

Please contact Customer Support if you have a billing problem.

Discussion boards are not an appropriate place to request refunds.

Cheers
Bruce

That's what I was asking 2 & half months ago. Why don't you put it in the help section?

Hi Mr China Plate,

This info is available by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page or in the Help section.

The page is located at: http://www.tradingpost.com.au/Help/Contact-Us/Online-Centre

I understand your issue with finding stuff in help, and will speak to the Trading Post education team to see if we can't make links like these a bit easier to find.

I hope this has been helpful and please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you.

Cheers
Bruce

Hi Mr China Plate,

If you click on the link I have provided you will see at the bottom of the page: "If you need to contact us by phone, you may reach us at Customer Support."

This takes you through to the phone support link.

Cheers

G'day, thanks again. I was referring to the links provided in the automatic forum update email notification, (i.e. /FindPost1787.aspx). Anyway, I will head over to the other forum if I have any more queries, so let this thread die. See you there.
Cheers

Hi Mr China Plate,

Sorry I didn't quite get it, doh!

I'll email you for a copy of the notification, as it should have come through in one piece.

I'll check it out and see if we can rectify the problem.

Thanks
Bruce
