Placing an ad is easy, removing one after sale is ridiculously difficult. TMost of the information that come up refers to auction type sales. All that is needed is an icon next to the current ad which says "Click here if item sold." Ad removal is not user friendly - think you need someone other than a computer boffin who is removed from the process - in other words someone who can see the forest for the trees - who views the process as would a new comer to the situation.
